With the support of a number of SA oyster growers this project has grown from a concept through several stages to a functioning demonstration of its grading capability.

The Oystek machine has greatly increased our production - we've put through three times as much as we could have by hand.

With the Oystek grader, we could grade the oysters at the same level of having two people working full time - but no wages to pay.
