Oystek G5s grader system
From hopper to packing for sale, the Oystek oyster grading system provides you with a compact unit to make your oyster processing faster and easier.
The hopper
The hopper can easily hold a large volume of oysters and the capacity can be doubled with optional side extensions.
The creep conveyor
The oysters are gently carried to the sorting conveyor from the hopper on a variable speed creep conveyor.
The sorting or work conveyor
The sorting conveyor is a useful tool for sorting oysters, removing dead shell and foreign objects.
The height of the conveyor can be adjusted and it can be operated from both sides.
The conveyor control box can be positioned to your individual requirements.
The elevator
The elevator is the beginning of the singulation process.
Evenly spaced cleats carry the oysters up to the separator.
The separator
The separator evenly distributes oysters into the input tube for the grading system utilizing a rotating cone to separate the oysters into single file.
The imaging system
The grader uses a 4-axis imaging system to determine the length of individual oysters.
The user interface
The user interface of the G5s is a water resistant (IP65) touch screen PC.
The PC is user friendly making grade schemes easy to setup. Stored data can also be downloaded to a USB drive to assist with farm management.
The exit tubes
There are 8 exit tubes for distribution of product, 7 of which are fully programmable, plus one as a return/reject tube.
The floor plan
The G5s grader with input elevator occupies less than 4x2m. A complete system, which includes hopper, creep, and inspection conveyor, can fit into a workspace as little as 4.5x5m.
